Project Brief:

A boutique development in the heart of London’s Covent Garden, on behalf of Benéton Properties Group The projects key challenge was to retain the historic front and side facades, whilst undertaking heavy structural works to create a new building behind, all within an extremely restricted site space. This included the creation of both an upper mansard level and additional basement level to form two 2 bedroom residential dwellings and an office space.
